Start with an assessment. This gives us the information we need to write you a winning program. It also gives us a baseline to review and test progress.

Sports Nutrition Coaching

Based on your assessment, we develop a program to guide you towards your goals and a healthier lifestyle.

Assessment

Programming

After a few weeks, we review your workouts and do another assessment to check on results. The reassessment will then provide us with what we need for your next program.

We provide sports nutrition coaching to guide you to fuel your body’s needs to keep working hard.

Preparation is the foundation of performance. We teach athletes how to train with intention—building strength, speed, mobility, and confidence through structured, progressive programming. Every session is designed to help athletes step into practices and competitions ready to perform at their best.

Competition is more than game day. It’s the daily decision to raise your standard, embrace challenges, and give your best effort. We cultivate a competitive mindset that pushes athletes to grow while maintaining character, humility, and sportsmanship.

Every athlete has a reason they train. We help them connect with that purpose and use it as fuel. Purpose drives consistency, resilience, and the ability to overcome adversity. When athletes understand their “why,” their training becomes more meaningful and their progress more powerful.

About the Gym

Palker Sports Performance was founded in the early months of 2023 by Coach Lucas Palker. His goal was to create a company that offers a friendly and results-oriented community that is invested in your goals and success. Palker Sports Performance has worked with numerous schools, sports programs, businesses and gyms to build strong and healthy programs. Our goal is to guide our community to their fullest potential and to live a healthy life. Check your ego at the door and get ready to sweat!
